PLENTITUDE HOT COCOA RECIPE Yield: 1 cup of hot chocolate. Scale up as needed.
Ingredients: 2/3 cup (150 mL) milk* 3-6 Chocolate disc [15g to 40g] depending on your preference Sugar to taste (anywhere from 0 to 4 tsps.) [replace with alternative sweeteners for keto version]
House-made Marshmallows, Cinnamon, Marshmallows, Egg, Condense Milk Procedure: Heat milk until simmering (do not Boil) and turn of heat. Add Chocolate discs. Stir and combine until melted. Add sugar. Stir and combine until dissolved. Partake in the cup of love you have created! Good things coming.
*A note on milk: if using dairy milk, we suggest using skim or non-fat, as our tableas are deliciously full of naturally-occurring cacao butter. All vegan milks (being less fatty) will make great hot chocolate! some of our client just use water with no sugar!
