We made this product in response to the marshmallows currently available in the market-- the ones with long ingredient lists full of shady characters. Our marshmallows are what we'd love to make for our own grandchildren someday: house-made, perishable (they don't last for years and years, and we're damn proud of that), the perfect amount of sweet, and of course....fluffffffyyyy.
