If you're a fan of commercial candy 'chocolate' bars, you might be pleasantly surprised to find that our dark milk chocolate has interesting nuances and undertones.
We lovingly roast the beans and then stone grind, conch and temper the chocolate to attain the deep bold flavors.
This product
- is vegetarian (Contains Milk)
- is proudly three-ingredient (only cocoa beans, milk and unrefined sugar)
- is crafted from chocolate that has had nothing taken out of it. Some manufacturers use "cacao mass" or "cacao powder" -- this means the valuable (and naturally-occurring) cacao butter was removed and replaced with cheap vegetable oils (hydrogenated or not)
