We slow roast and slow stone grind peanuts and cacao nibs to keep heat low and to keep all the flavors and healthy stuff in! Never reaching more than 120F! and of course no nasties, and no palm oil! No hydrogenated oil. the cacao butter from the chocolate prevents separation to a certain point!
